Joseph Mazza is a multidiciplinary UX Leader, Designer and Engineer, with deep experience in several fields of design including UX, UI, IxD, Responsive, Software, Web, Mobile, Gaming, 3D, Animaton, Courseware, Instructional and Graphic, as well as experience as a Developer, Manager and Team Leader. That's also how he became a User Experience Designer, through experience! He specializes in teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, and has worked in teams with UX Directors, Product Innovators, Front-End Developers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Instructional Designers, 3D Artists, Content Writers, Technical Editors, Subject Matter Experts, Product Testers, and End Users. He has been involved with more than twenty different Secret or Top Secret military design projects, was selected by the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art as a pioneering new Artist for his drawings, has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, and over 45,000 hours of professional experience as a Designer, Developer and Creator.
